needs to be the maintaining of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. But the managing
of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace brings with itits fair share of challenges.
These challenges often come in the form of communication issues, propensity for discrimination,
slower decision-making process and cultural misunderstanding to name afew. There has been
multiple reading that relate to the issue of managing diversity, equity and inclusion in the
workplace.
